1Event Overview

During our stay at Fairmont Le Château Montebello, we'll be competing in a series of team building challenges starting night one. Every person is assigned to a team and competes together, testing strategy, teamwork, and creativity.

Every challenge earns points toward a final team podium, culminating in a closing ceremony where medals are awarded.

Three daytime activities plus two bonus nights — five chances to earn points for your team (plus a little something extra at lunch). Check The Playbook under each phase for what to wear, what to bring, and where to be.

Pick a player, or argue amongst yourselves over every move. Sudden death after each game — winners advance.

Each round, one person stands up for their team for 3 rapid-fire questions — 15 seconds per question.

New category, new competitor, new chance to score. No prep, no pressure... just think fast and go for gold!

WEDNESDAY MORNING
Morning Activity
"We Give Back" Pickleball Tournament
Doubles, fast-paced. Group play across all 4 courts (2 indoor, 2 outdoor) — every team plays at least two timed matches. Top 8 teams advance to a single-elimination bracket: quarter-finals, semi-finals, and a final to crown a champion.
PLAYERS: A doubles pair per team

Morning Activity
"We Deal in Facts" Scavenger Hunt
Five stops across the property, each staffed by a judge with a bag of letters. Crack the clue, find the spot, and collect your letters — piece together the phrase once your team has hit all five.

Comfortable athletic wear and closed-toe shoes — you'll be moving between the dome and the property
What to Bring
Just yourself — paddles, balls, and a property map are all provided

Winter Olympics
Event 5: "We Earn Trust" Curling
After a quick introduction to the basics, everyone gets a chance to throw a few stones to practice. Then it's three preliminary rounds of "closest to the bullseye."

Parade of Teams
Teams come together for one final Olympic moment: the Closing Ceremony Parade. After being seated, each team marches to the front to show off their style, creativity, and Olympic spirit — walk, pose, celebrate, and perform a short "national anthem" or cheer.
